Job Responsibility

• Responsible for the full suite of ACMV Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities and sourcing.
• Knowledgeable in VRV system, Multi Split System and Aircon Ducting / Ventilation.
• Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of drawing and specifications.
• Preparation of tender and contract documents, including quantity take off & liaise with Clients & consultants.
• Obtain, compile and evaluate quotation from supplier according to tender requirement....
