Quantity Surveyor (ACMV)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents to support ACMV project planning and execution
• Conduct precise measurements, valuations, and manage contract administration to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Manage project costs actively to maintain financial efficiency throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery and resolve issues
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to support project managers in informed decision-making

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field
• Proven experience managing ACMV projects in commercial, industrial, or residential settings
