- Working Location: Islandwide
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM, Saturday half day)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements
- Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Coordinate and evaluate tender submissions, obtain quotations, and prepare tender documents for projects
- Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide regular cost reports to ensure projects remain within budget
