Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quantitative Trader / Algorithmic Trading Developer to design and develop a fully automated trading bot focused on Gold (XAUUSD).
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantitative strategy development, risk management, and advanced backtesting frameworks.
Project Requirements:
Develop a profitable automated trading strategy for XAUUSD
Implement robust risk management logic (position sizing, drawdown control, exposure limits)
Include advanced backtesting functionality with:
Detailed performance metrics (Sharpe ratio, win rate, drawdown, profit factor, etc.)
Equity curve visualization
Historical tick-level or high-quality data testing
Adjustable parameters for optimization
Strategy must avoid dangerous martingale or unsustainable grid systems unless mathematically justified
Provide forward testing guidance or demo account validation
