We are seeking a motivated and committed Quality Technician. The Quality Technician ensures quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.
The following are the major duties and responsibilities of the Quality Technician:
Test realization of pellet specific gravity
Tests realization of Melt flow rate
Prepare material test reports
Assurance the Check Fixture Usage
Maintain Calibrations per QSI Calibration database.
Provide maintenance to Check fixture devices
Perform of Scrap Entry-Reporting
Complete testing per Work Instructions.
Completes forms, recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
