Job Description

• Define problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions during the inspection process that meet established procedures as outlined by the repair department documentation, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Inspection and 8130-3 forms training.
• Assist management in methods or actions to rectify malfunction.
• Provide details to assist engineering in product improvement as discovered through the repair process and inspection findings.
• Analyze and interpret fault isolation and operational test data of components to ensure conformance with final product specification.
• Perform visual inspection of incoming customer products.
• Act independently to determine compliance of applicable regulations and customer/manufacturer requirements.
• Produce inspection records, reports or documentation as required per regulations and customer requirement.
