We have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Production Quality Controller ith long established manufacturing client based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Position will be offered as full time permanent role with significant opportunity for career development for the right candidate.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee manufacturing steps to ensure adherence to quality standards

  • Identify areas for improvement and to ensure that all product leaving the floor has undergone a series of quality checks-either AQL or 100% as approved

  • Maintain all records relating to quality & manufacturing, creating new and updating current MI/TI/ OQA and maintaining detailed records of inspections, tests, and any non-conformances and preparing quality reports for management.

  • Communicate defects to production staff at weekly meetings, recommend adjustments, and help implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
