Quality Lab Technician needed in Lubbock, TX

Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct lab testing on seed samples
+ Complete germination testing (warm & cool)
+ Collect and organize product samples
Requirements
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Experience in quality inspection, lab work, or agriculture preferred
+ Experience with seed testing, farm work, or manufacturing QC is a plus
+ Basic knowledge of biology, chemistry, or QC processes
+ Must provide Passport or Birth Certificate for onboarding
Schedule
+ Standard: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
+ Peak season (Nov–Jan): Day & night shifts available, up to 50 hrs/week
+ Feb–May: Weekend availability may be required
+ Fast-paced lab and production environment
