Quality Technician

Develop, implement, and maintain the site QMS (ISO 9001, AIB where applicable)

Lead internal/external audits and manage CAPA through to closure

Oversee quality control across flexo, coating, die-cutting, and slitting processes

Act as primary contact for customer quality issues; lead root cause analysis on complaints

Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and manage supplier quality performance

5–8+ years quality experience in manufacturing (labels, packaging, or printing preferred)

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and packaging standards (e.g., AIB)

Fluent French and very good English (written and spoken)

Experience with printing/converting processes and root cause tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)
