Job Description
Purpose Statement: The Quality Technician I provides effective functional support of assigned Quality and Supplier Quality processes, goods and services, to meet functional department and customers' requirements.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Support Non-Conforming Material.Report basic feedback to Focus Factory and Customer Focused Team with issues during the shift, in order to help continuous improvement activities.Understands and follows Plexus quality policy guidelines, customer specifications and adheres to regulatory compliance. Monitors own work to ensure quality standard is met as well as look for opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste at work. Keeps supervisors informed and escalates issues when needed. Lead in development and providing direction of Quality Inspectors.Education/Experience Qualifications:
