Quality Technician I Direct

ITLE: Quality Assurance Technician I REPORTS TO: Quality Assurance Supervisor PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Quality Assurance Technician I performs visual and mechanical dimensional inspections on assigned parts to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, using precision inspection equipment and identifying non-conforming materials. The technician also contributes to internal audits and helps maintain compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and Nadcap standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Inspection & Testing

• Perform dimensional inspections using engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Complete in-process inspections, and final inspections for all parts and assemblies.
• Identify, segregate, and report all non-conforming materials and parts for corrective action.
