The Quality Technician (QA/QC) role focuses on inspecting, testing, and analyzing materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet internal, customer, and regulatory quality standards. This position plays a key part in continuous improvement efforts, supports production teams through audits and inspections, and helps drive consistency and reliability throughout the manufacturing process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform receiving, first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on materials, components, and finished products.
+ Conduct dimensional and mechanical inspections using appropriate measuring equipment and inspection tools.
+ Verify that products comply with customer specifications, blueprints, work orders, and established quality standards.
+ Document inspection results clearly and accurately, and maintain complete and organized quality records.
