Quality Technician – Automotive

The selected person will be involved in the execution and monitoring of repair work on components, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and traceability standards.

Responsibilities

• Verifying the produced parts daily to ensure they meet the established quality requirements and standards
• Attending meetings with the client on behalf of the company
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the client team
• Contributing to the reduction of customer complaints by identifying and resolving problems, as well as closing incidents once they are resolved
• Responding quickly to production or quality issues, sorting or reworking parts as needed

Requirements

• Fluency in English (minimum level B2) with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written
• Demonstrable professional experience in a similar position
