**Job Title: Quality Technician – 1st Shift** **Job Description**
This 1st shift Quality Technician role runs from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and focuses on monitoring and testing automotive underbody and thermoformed plastic components in a Tier 1 manufacturing environment. The position ensures that all products and facility processes comply with IATF, ISO 9001, and OEM customer-specific requirements by performing detailed inspections, managing gauges and fixtures, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting audits and problem-solving activities.

+ Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on automotive underbody and thermoformed plastic parts to verify conformance to technical blueprints and structural specifications.
