Quality Systems Technician

Job Summary

The Quality Systems Technician is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Jabil's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product quality and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, revision, and control of quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Support internal and external audits by gathering requested documentation, preparing audit areas, and assisting with follow‑up actions.
• Perform data entry and analysis related to quality metrics, non‑conformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Assist in the investigation of quality issues, identifying root causes, and supporting the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in the training of personnel on quality system procedures and best practices.
