Job Description

Incyte in Switzerland leads the Bioplant Quality Systems and drives daily QMS activities across development and manufacturing.

This role reports to Quality Assurance with responsibility for oversight of QMS, audits, CAPA, change control, training, and regulatory readiness for Swissmedic and international inspections. You will chair meetings, monitor quality indicators, guide the QA team, and act as SME for AI projects related to Quality Systems.
