Job Description
- Maintain, govern, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and applicable customer-specific requirements.
- Lead internal audit programs, including audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up, ensuring timely and effective CAPA closure with demonstrated effectiveness.
- Drive organization-wide audit readiness, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure documentation, processes, and records meet compliance and customer expectations.
- Oversee document control systems, ensuring quality procedures, work instructions, and records are current, controlled, and effectively deployed across the operation.
- Support and coordinate customer, certification body, and third-party audits, acting as a key focal point to ensure structured execution and professional engagement.
