About the company/role:
Our client is a food ingredient manufacturer supplying a diverse range of clients in the food industry. They are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Coordinator to join their team in Wetherill Park. This is a full-time, casual role with no fixed end date. 
 
Duties:

  • Develop, review and maintain HACCP flow charts for all production processes
  • Conduct regular validation and verification activities
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Track and trend products and processes
  • Develop and maintain the QMS and documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement

Skills/experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in the food industry is essential
  • Prior exposure to HACCP, GMP, CCPs is essential
