Job Description

This role is responsible for the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of business systems that support Quality Management and operational excellence initiatives. It partners with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs, gather and document requirements, develop digital solutions, and deliver projects that improve process efficiency, data quality, and business performance. The Specialist leads and supports system development initiatives using technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, and other business applications, managing projects from concept through implementation and providing ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of business systems and workflows.
