Quality Supervisor
Location: Springfield, IL
Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Must-Haves (Required Qualifications)
Proven experience supervising quality teams in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
Hands-on experience with Zeiss CMMs or similar coordinate measuring machines
Solid understanding of GD&T, PPAPs, and inspection methods
Ability to lead, train, and develop quality technicians and inspectors
Detail-oriented, shop-floor focused, and comfortable being hands-on
