Job Responsibilities
- Support daily Fast Response meetings
- Ensure that the company conforms to all customer requirements related to part quality.
- Ensure that appropriate corrective action is in place where non-conforming part issues arise in house or at customer locations.
- Continually review and upgrade policies, standards and procedures for the division.
- Provide clear direction and leadership in the attainment and maintenance of the business system standards.
- Provide support for production requirements, overtime requirements, toolroom, R&D, new programs and program improvements.
- Oversee the maintenance of the quarantine/containment areas to ensure a steady turnaround of material including timely disposition.
- Work with the Quality Manager to ensure prompt attention to all customer concerns.
