Key Accountabilities:
Maintain the programming of internal audits and track the progress of corrective actions for non-conformances Effective document-control maintenance, Management review & coordination with external auditor & Internal team Evaluation of the system’s effectiveness and its presentation to the management team to generate improvement actions Maintain key indicators up to date: customer complaints, audits’ status, action plan’s compliance Timely respond and address audits of the external agency in charge of certifying the system; coordinate customer audits and/or any query or audit findings Providing training and awareness on QMS to employees through training plan for effective knowledge and implementation Implementation of new updates in quality system of IATF 16949 area and 5’s operationalization Ensure timely update and complete all the customer PPAP document Track customer qual...
