Job Description

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Maintain the programming of internal audits and track the progress of corrective actions for non-conformances
  • Effective document-control maintenance, Management review & coordination with external auditor & Internal team
  • Evaluation of the system’s effectiveness and its presentation to the management team to generate improvement actions
  • Maintain key indicators up to date: customer complaints, audits’ status, action plan’s compliance
  • Timely respond and address audits of the external agency in charge of certifying the system; coordinate customer audits and/or any query or audit findings
  • Providing training and awareness on QMS to employees through training plan for effective knowledge and implementation
  • Implementation of new updates in quality system of IATF 16949 area and 5’s operationalization
  • Ensure timely update and complete all the customer PPAP document
