Quality Specialist, Helsinki

About the role

As a Quality Specialist, you will focus on hands‑on production operations and process development. In this role, your responsibilities include centralizing quality control and quality assurance data and processes to provide verifiable proof of compliance. You will also ensure that traceability and tracking mechanisms are working across the entire production chain and manage production quality costs. In addition to technical and development responsibilities, your work involves extensive cross‑functional collaboration across internal production, warehouse, R&D, and final assembly.

You should have a solid understanding of manufacturing or production environments and a good understanding of quality management. We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and self‑driven professional who can navigate a fast‑paced growth company environment.
