Quality Software and Documentation Specialist

Job Description

• Identifies, analyzes, and documents problems relative to IT Business Systems.
• Designs and updates test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
• Conducts software compatibility tests.
• Collaborates with internal clients regarding solutions relative to IT Business Systems.
• Monitors the performance of developed IT Business Systems.
• Creates operating instructions, manuals, and other documentation procedures.
• Interprets complex software features and translates them into a readable format.
• Issues User Acceptance Form to the process owner upon deployment.
• Research, proposes and implements customer-specific documentation solutions.
• Prepares periodic reports.
• Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time.
