The Quality Shop Launch Manager prepares, develops, and guides the Plant Quality Team in mastering new vehicle programs and achieving all Quality Launch Targets.
The role ensures robust convergence of product quality during industrialization, drives readiness of Quality Shop processes and standards, and leads the transfer of activities to the Mass Production Quality Shop Team.
