Job Description
We are seeking a Quality, Risk & Information Security Manager (Advisory) to lead end-to-end Quality, Risk Governance, and Information Security across advisory and technology engagements.
What You'll Do
Lead enterprise Quality across multiple accounts
Drive CMMI V2.0 Level 5 implementation
Ensure compliance with ISMS, SOC2, ISO 27001, and client security requirements
Partner with delivery leaders, PMs, and global stakeholders
Strengthen QMS, governance, and continuous improvement
Deliver insights using Power BI / Tableau dashboards
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree (any field)
10+ years relevant experience
Proven CMMI Level 5 leadership
Strong background in consulting or technology firms
Experience with ISMS, data governance, risk & compliance
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, code quality tools
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
Willing to work in a Hybrid setup
