DESCRIPTION Evaluate the supplier’s performance to meet the customer quality targets Work along with suppliers to meet all needed activities and avoid deviations Review supplier manufacturing processes and identify potential issues Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and follow up / validation of actions Follow up on the production floor to track the progress of the actions and their correct implementation Detect and promptly inform about potential risks Gather information...
