Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
Quality Management
Define, develop, and implement quality policies, procedures, and process assurance frameworks to support project goals.
Establish and maintain quality metrics, benchmarks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of project activities to verify compliance with standards and requirements.
Participate in internal and external audits and support corrective and preventive action plans.
Process Assurance & Improvement
Evaluate and improve project processes for efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Implement and maintain quality and process improvement tools
Monitor process performance and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with cross-functional teams (project managers, engineering, operations, suppliers) to ensure quality expectations are understood and met.
