Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Quality Engineers and Technicians while remaining hands-on in operational quality activities
Support deployment of the site quality strategy, focusing on prevention, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
Drive process quality improvements, including leading and delivering structured quality improvement projects (e.g. Improve right-first-time performance across parts, processes, and equipment using practical problem-solving techniques
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Design, Sales, and R&D to ensure quality is embedded across all stages of the product lifecycle
