Quality Process Engineer

Job Description: - Develop and qualify process quality, including FMEA participation, product quality/control plans, capability analysis (CPK, FAI), and yield studies. - Manage process quality: handle process deviations, follow up CAR, maintain FMEA database, prepare inspection plans, and drive continuous improvement. - Monitor and assess process quality performance against objectives. - Lead red-bin reviews and QRQC workshops for process issues. - Provide training to QC/operators and confirm effectiveness. - Support customers: act as liaison, conduct failure analysis, prepare and follow up on 8D reports. - Understand and apply ISO14001 and RoHS requirements. - Perform other tasks assigned by QA Manager. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering or related engineering discipline. - At least 3 years of QE experience in connector/cable assembly or socket industry. - Familiar with ISO9001, TL9000, ISO14001. - Skilled in SPC, FMEA, DOE, MSA, 7-QC tools, and QRQC. - Strong pro...
