Position Overview
The Quality Platform Lead will directly oversee and lead quality initiatives related to the Waukesha product lines. This includes managing the quality discipline supported by engineering, sourcing, quality, and services functions to ensure all product quality defects and non‑conformities are tracked, actionized and resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for Quality Key Performance Indicators relevant to engine platforms, cross‑functional areas, and quality processes.
- Leading issue screening and continuous improvement processes.
- Driving quality plans and meeting production targets.
