ABOUT THE ROLE

In this key role as Quality Partner, you will support our Residential Aged Care (RAC) operations to meet compliance requirements and implement and maintain the systems and processes that underpin quality care and continuous improvement.

This is a 12-month maximum-term position based at our office in Redfern, NSW. Working as part of a dedicated team of Quality Partners, you will report to the Quality Manager and be supported within a collaborative environment focused on achieving high-quality outcomes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Flexibility to travel between our Sydney-based sites during work hours is essential to support operational needs, build strong stakeholder relationships, and make a meaningful impact across our services.
