Job Description

The Quality Operations Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the local GeoMarket personnel to ensure the best service quality to customers.

  • Support the field through real-time monitoring of jobs from the Operations Support Center.
  • Organize and participate in peer assist and peer reviews of jobs in the field locations; solicit support from experts.
  • Create and update Quality standards and procedures to meet the Product Line's expectations and requirements at the GeoMarket level.
  • Participate in Compliance Audits and support development of the location's remedial work plans.
  • Provide technical support to field locations through interactive mentoring and training.
  • Promote service quality in the field locations. Monitor compliance with Product Line standards to maintain high levels of service quality.
