Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the client's site's Quality Management System (QMS) while managing a small quality team and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is not a purely administrative leadership role—the ideal candidate will be actively engaged on the manufacturing floor, partnering with operations, engineering, and customers to solve quality issues and improve processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a small quality team (1 Quality Engineer, 2 Quality Technicians).
Serve as a hands-on leader, spending significant time on the manufacturing floor supporting production and quality initiatives.
Drive quality improvements through root cause analysis, SPC, defect reduction, and continuous improvement efforts.
Act as the primary contact for customer quality concerns, coordinating investigations, corrective actions, and communication.
Lead internal and external audits, including upcoming AS91...
