Job Description
- Maintain, update, and enforce the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards.
- Establish and standardize inspection criteria, SOPs, and quality control checklists for electrical products.
- Oversee incoming inspection of critical components (breakers, busbars, relays, enclosures) to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Monitor in-process assembly, focusing on key quality parameters such as torque specifications, busbar alignment, clearance/creepage distances, and wiring integrity.
- Supervise and validate Factory Acceptance Testing and routine testing, including:
- Dielectric / High-potential (Hi-pot) testing
- Insulation resistance testing (Megger)
- Contact resistance testing (Ductor)
- Implement and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues and improve manufacturing performance.
