Job Overview

Manages quality functions at the site level, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards, practices, and works closely with TCL roles to support technical quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the AS9100 Quality System through multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Drive Accelerated Continuous Improvement Projects through the deployment of Six Sigma philosophy.
• Plan and monitor PPAP development activities.
• Implement system for defect prevention instead of detection.
• Attend customer needs as required, either by phone or onsite visits.
• Manage resources in the areas of Quality, Statistics, AS9100, and Metrology to ensure the Quality System is efficien...
