  • Ensure the products quality to meet or exceed customer requirements through effective quality management system and quality control methodologies.

  • Responsible for the performance and output of the Quality Department

  • Set and follow up targets for the Quality Department, broken down from factory level

  • Drive the development of the Quality Department

  • Comply with standards and requirements, set up and execute inspection plan

  • Drive quality problems investigation and follow up corrective actions

  • Coordinate the claim handling and follow up
