Joining us as a Quality Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering Farrans' strategic vision by embedding a quality-focused culture across the business. Working collaboratively across all functions and levels of the organisation, you will champion a culture of transparency, learning, accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
Implementing a refreshed quality management approach, supporting project teams through quality start-up activities and providing ongoing quality advice throughout project delivery, turning identified gaps into opportunities for improvement.
Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will contribute to the operation and ongoing development of the Quality Management Department, ensuring that business activities are delivered in accordance with the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and that projects comply with contractual specifications.
