Job Description
**Purpose and Scope:**
The Program Quality Environmental Safety and Health Manager is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient execution of the Program Quality Management System (QMS) by leading and managing quality, environmental, health, safety and continuous improvement personnel in the operation and maintenance of the Program. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responsible for program wide compliance with ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Ensures the QMS program follows the applicable ISO 9001:2015 standards and that program specific quality requirements are implemented and maintained.
+ Establishes, maintains, and schedules audits and the reporting system. Responsible for ensuring that root cause analysis (RCA) for corrective and preventive action response (CAR) and (PAR) have been properly defined and implemented; and that the corrections are effective through follow-up auditing.
