Quality Manager

AECOM is seeking a Quality Manager to provide guidance in the application of quality principles and the Quality Management System located in Lima, Peru.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides quality assurance oversight for infrastructure projects, under the direction of the Quality lead.
• Oversee the management of the monitoring and evaluation process to ensure that the AECOM QMS is being followed and evidence is recorded and maintained.
• Diverse QA coordination and management tasks as identified by the Project Manager. 
• Provides guidance to employees within the limits of established policies to ensure compliance with established processes.
• Conducts focused training to strengthen awareness and understanding of the QMS.
• Recommends changes to policies and procedures that affect immediate organization.
