JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Communicates and works closely to build effective relationships with engineering and operations management.
  • Provide presentations to Plant Manager and one higher level.
  • Cross into other functional areas to obtain required information and support to complete assignments.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in the plant.
  • Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
  • Formulate and manage the development and implementation of annual goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.
  • Analyze and report warranty, start-up, and other field data to provide direction for process/product quality improvement.
