Our well established manufacturing client is seeking a Quality Manager to join and lead their team.
About the role: The Quality Manager will take ownership of the quality assurance team and function to strengthen customer confidence, and will be responsible for ensuring consistent operational delivery to the highest standards.
About the person: A natural leader who can manage with empathy and understands the need for creating a positive team culture. The business have ambitious growth plans, and need someone who can bring the team on the journey whilst balancing the demands of the wider business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality professional with a background within aerospace, who is either a Quality Manager or Quality Engineer who is looking for the next step.
