Job Description
Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement quality process improvements throughout product design and manufacturing. Partner with plating personnel to optimize Gold, Nickel and Tin plating processes, ensuring consistent adherence to specifications and customer expectations. Translate customer needs and requirements into effective quality processes, integrating them throughout the manufacturing cycle. Conduct data-driven analysis of nonconformance issues and implement corrective/preventive action plans. Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and improvement initiatives to leadership. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related technical field). At least 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
