Job Description

Metso RUPO Factory in Irapuato, Mexico is seeking a Quality Manager to lead regional quality activities within the plant. You will report to the Mexico Consumables Supply Chain Head and drive QA, LEAN initiatives, audits and continuous improvement across the hub.

You will coordinate a network of quality professionals, develop quality targets, manage supplier quality, and ensure QMS compliance (ISO 9001) with a practical coaching approach to empower teams.
