Quality Manager: Lead Zero-Defect Quality & Compliance

Nampak is looking for a Quality Manager for their Metals Vanderbijlpark facility. In this role, you will develop the quality strategy and implement systems to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards. You will report directly to the Plant Manager and lead a team to maintain high-quality standards across operations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quality Management or related fields, along with at least 5 years of quality management experience in FMCG. Responsibilities include risk assessment, managing compliance, and driving a zero-defect culture.
