Job Description
We're looking for a Quality Manager to join a well-established FMCG manufacturer on-site in Amanzimtoti.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage both quality control and quality assurance to ensure that final product continually meets the standards required, ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage workflow and quality of output
Ensure all policies, procedures and quality initiatives are effectively implemented
Implement Quality Objectives in line with business objectives
Investigate customer complaints and ensure effective measures are put in place to prevent reoccurrence
Provide accurate feedback to relevant stakeholders
Investigate root causes of defects and nonconformances and recommend solutions for quality issues
Lead quality and system related audits
Work with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues
Work closely with supply chain, operations and marketing teams to ensure quality is always maintained
