+ Manage the quality team and oversee daily quality assurance operations in a precision manufacturing environment.
+ Maintain and improve AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management system compliance, including procedures, documentation, and records.
+ Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and first article inspections to verify compliance with aerospace and customer requirements.
+ Drive corrective and preventive actions by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
+ Review and interpret blueprints, aerospace drawings, and customer specifications, including GD&T and SPC requirements.
