Quality Manager
What you will be doing:
Duties/ Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee quality operations within the garment manufacturing unit.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing processes.
• Drive Right First Time (RFT) initiatives to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Monitor factory performance through quality audits and reporting systems.
