Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Quality team across Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and OEM customer requirements.
  • Manage customer complaints using 8D, QRQC and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Drive problem-solving using 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA and CAPA.
  • Lead internal, customer and certification audits.
  • Manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and MSA activities.
  • Monitor and improve quality KPIs (PPM, Scrap, Rework, COPQ, Customer Returns).
  • Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Ensure calibration systems and quality documentation are maintained.
  • Develop, coach and mentor the Quality team.
  • Liaise with Production, Engineering, Logistics and Customers to resolve quality issues.
