Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality team across Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and OEM customer requirements.
- Manage customer complaints using 8D, QRQC and Root Cause Analysis.
- Drive problem-solving using 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA and CAPA.
- Lead internal, customer and certification audits.
- Manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and MSA activities.
- Monitor and improve quality KPIs (PPM, Scrap, Rework, COPQ, Customer Returns).
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Ensure calibration systems and quality documentation are maintained.
- Develop, coach and mentor the Quality team.
- Liaise with Production, Engineering, Logistics and Customers to resolve quality issues.
