Quality Manager

Job Purpose:  Manage, coordinate, and perform required activities in the quality function, which is designed to ensure continuous improvement, ensure that the products provided meets both external and internal requirements, including customer expectations.

Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the Quality System is functioning properly.

Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.

Enhance product performance through continuous improvement for quality department activities.

Standardize inspection processes for all check gates related to the process (inspection to FG).

Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.

Supervise lab engineers, inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
